There are many pizza spots in the area. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. This spot does not have the quality or the service level that is worth your $$. Please do your family a favor and eat somewhere else. I wish you well.

Brought the family in for dinner to feed four toddlers at 6:20 pm their website said they closed at 8pm they informed us they were getting ready to close at 7pm and refused to serve us.
Update,
We were traveling with a four year old, two year old twins and a 18 month old and you want us to take a pizza to go and try to feed them in their car seats? That is ridiculous!! The right thing would of been to let us order and eat there, that is good customer service so what if you would have had to stay open for a few minutes more.
Turning hungry kids is not good customer service.
I own a business and many times I stayed open to accommodate and serve customers, you have happy customers that are more likely to return.

Seem like bad attitudes match the prices once you want red peppers and parmesan cheese to your slice order. Won’t be back. Pizza wasn’t so bad. Philly steak was terrible. Not much of a person to give bad reviews to restaurants unless service was terrible. And this case it was. The young guy at counter was lacking any since of customer service to people ahead of me or myself.

The only minus is they have been short staffed, but then again who isn’t?

The pizza was fantastic tasting. It's SO BIG!! My only request would be that the dough would be a little thicker in the center, so when you hold it, it stays firm for eating. Other than that, everything was AWESOME!!

Recently 8/2021 ordered a bunch of pizzas for a rehearsal dinner in Post Falls. Pizza was excellent. I pre-ordered and it was all ready as planned. Guests all enjoyed it. Love that this business is pro law enforcement. Good job New York Pizza Dept.
Omg I have no picture proof of the food.... But this pizza 🍕 is OVER THE TOP DELICIOUS 😋!! Huge and inexpressive, too!! 5 Stars!! We love their pizzas, their cheese bread, the root beer, their indoor dining, wow!! They are very patriotic, too. Lots of flags with thin lines of color and if you ask what they're for they can give you a handout that describes them all... Support police, military, medics, fire department, etc. If you like alcohol there's no shortage of beverages there in person as well. Please spread the word about this place!! It used to be over on the 41. This is a bit off the beaten path but with enough word of mouth we can support them here too. God bless!! I thought the pizza was ok, needed to be cooked a little longer. The wings are really good!!! This place is very expensive but worth it for the amount of food you get. The staff are not too chatty but I prefer that. It's very clean inside. The bathrooms are far away in a out of site long hallway so watch your children as always.
Came in to have some authentic NY pizza by the slice, and was not disappointed! If you want delicious giant pizzas and a fun, laid back atmosphere, look no further than New York Pizza Department. I will definitely be coming back!
