If you enjoy sushi and sashimi, but haven't visited Nara Sushi in North Adams, you are missing out! This is by far the freshest sushi I have ever had. Staff is super friendly and food came out in a timely manner. The green tea was very good, it was loose leaf in a press and had a very unique taste I enjoyed over traditional hot teas. I just don't know what to say about the sushi combo we ordered because it was so good! It was so delicious that dare I say the pickled ginger and wasabi might actually take away some flavor of it or prevent you from tasting the whole experience. The Jay Roll has to be my new favorite. It was large, full of beautiful colors and went through so many layers of flavor town as I chewed it up. Some of the specialty rolls are stuffed so full I used my fingers along with chop sticks. But don't be shy, using your fingers for these delicate treats is welcome and normal here. Lastly I was told they are very busy on Saturday and Sunday's for dinner and expect to wait for a seat. But I wouldn't let that stop me from getting my fix on at this place. If you live in mid or south Berkshires take a ride up, you won't be disappointed!
