Google Haritlar dan bulup gittik, ailecek. S.hisar yoluna cok yakin, yol uzerinde mustakil evi restorana cevirmisler. Pizza pek sevmem ve biraz önyargiyla gittim. Mustakilin bahcesinden iceri girerken mekan kendini belli etmeye basliyor. Dis bahcede oturma gruplari var ve icerisi de gayet itina ile dekore edilmis. Isiklandirma biraz az ve mekan ufak fakat atmosfer gayet iyi. Mekan sahibi Kerim arkadasimiz sizi karsilayip kisa bir özgecmisini aktardiktan sonra menuyu iletiyor. Kendisi gastronomi mezunu ve avrupa/amerika da bulunmus. Zaten çalışanların babasının ve kendisinin diksiyonundan kalite belli oluyor. Mimikler, hareketler bildiğiniz lüks bati restoranlarindaki baş şefler gibi. Her detay düsünülmüs. Masalardaki mumlardan şömineye kadar. Karisik ve margarita pizza söyledik, bir de özel peynir ve sosla hazirladiklari patates kizartma. Harika. Harika. Harika. Pizza ile yeniden barismama vesile olan şef patrona selam olsun. Exceeded all expectations! We are from overseas and Chef Kerem went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We started with the pumpkin soup which was the perfect transition into the bon file. Cooked perfectly to the center, it was a generous portion of meat and vegetables. My favorite was the pizza, it reminded me of Italian pizza in Chicago. We were even surprised at the end with complimentary desert! Huge thank you to Chef Kerem for making us feel at home, highly recommend to all local and abroad visitors!!
