Mrs. B’s is always a go-to when you’re in Montgomery. I was sad when I heard the original spot had burned down, but after visiting the new place while on a work trip I live the drive-thru option. The staff is as friendly as ever, the place was busy even at opening for the day, and the food is amazing. Loved my biscuits-in-gravy and the sweet tea runs through my veins. First off, this is the best kept secret in Montgomery. Everything was delicious (except the red velvet). It's a small place and has tables, but it is really for take out! Omg, if you're ever in Montgomery on a Sunday or Wednesday you have got to stop here and get the ox tails! Greens are on point, Mac and cheese outstanding, portions are huge. I started eating before I remembered to take a picture 😅. 10 out of 10, staff is super welcoming and friendly, sweet tea comes with your meal and it was true southern style.
