Your last customers preference and taste before me is not mine, the customer who is sitting across from me is not me nor do we have the same tastes. Your typical plate maybe the other persons most favorite but doesnt mean it suits everyone. My waitress started out pleasant but was not checking on me frequently however i thoroughly enjoyed watching another waitress interact with a table close to me and she even askedme a tine or two if I needed anything and I was so grateful for this. You seewe are all different but we can all be pleased unless we are treated as an assembly line or each the same. Each plate can be ordered and made to please.. one bacon crispy one egg over easy while another has one bacon cooked not hard and eggs over hard. Both had eggs both had bacon and both had waitresses. They can ech be pleased unless the cook and server believes if you are different then that person or if you want your meal to your taste then you have a problem well this isnt hometown, western or family hospitality. All that being said it was a 3 of 5 for me in each area and a 5 if they add the category "how did your neighbors waitress treat you." I will say a 4.5 on the pancakes. But with two other restaurants as good I wont be back here. Im glad you have some well pleased customers but it wouldnt have taken but courtesy, understanding, an ear sincerely listening and knowing we are all different but you should have the tools to accommodate. I do like that moores has grown I was in a business meeting with them before they had more than one. This is my favorite diner to go to for breakfast/brunch. The food here is amazing, the service is stupendous, and the people that come in to eat are so kind and friendly. When I come in, my food is always served hot, fresh, and fast. I get my meal within 5-10 minutes from ordering. The flavor is top tier. I always feel like I need to keep eating even if I'm full because it's so good. Service in top notch. Right from the moment you step through the doors, there is someone welcoming you in. They sit you at a table, and they're just so kind and friendly to be around. They're always coming to check on you and make sure everything is cooked correctly and that you're happy and topped up on drinks. The atmosphere is amazing. All customers and guests that come in are so friendly. It's very common to find returning customers here, and they're so much fun to chat with. It feels like you're talking to family and eating with family. So much love at the diner. I do not have pictures this time. I ate too fast and that's my bad. I will update next time with my meal. 100,000/10 cannot recommend enough. Please come in. Please stop by. Not to ruffle any feathers but, if I made the gravy here, business would triple in 30 days time. You cannot boast of famous gravy, if your gravy is subpar at best. My boyfriend would break up with me if he saw I gave Moore's 4 stars 🤣 He will only eat pancakes here, he swears they are the best he's ever had. I agree they're good. But the scones are a no. I don't know how they don't have the same recipe as every other breakfast place in Utah, but I ordered scones once and never will again. Service is always good and friendly. Your coffee will always be topped off. Food is typical diner food, I like it. I do prefer their sausage patties to other places. And they always cook the eggs as ordered. I love moores. I have been going here since I was a kid. Best pancakes around. Service is great. They are fast even when busy! Can't bet their breakfast it's great. Our favorite breakfast place. Also the fish sandwich is great with the fries wish they would serve on Saturday again!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
