Is it really necessary to put SEVEN Pickles on a pulled pork sandwich???? No other veggies, just cold pork, no sauce, 7 pickles and the burnt bread. Sandwich was cold and full of fat. Fries were overdosed with salt. You'd think an upscale restaurant could have REAL Ranch dressing instead of the bottled, vinegar filled junk! Way to ruin the oversalted fries! Rib and Chop Houses are regional restaurants that serve quality meats, sides, and beverages. This small chain has never disappointed us. Whether in Sheridan, WY, Butte, or Bozeman, MT, the food has always been excellent and an excellent value for decades. The atmosphere at most Rib and Chop Houses is trendy, casual, and a bit upscale. I awarded three stars for our Bozeman location experience because the furnishings are a bit shopworn. Our booth featured stuffing oozing from a gashed vinyl cushion, for example. However, this location was rather recently converted from what was formerly a Johnny Carino's Restaurant and continues to use inherited furnishings and equipment. I trust that continuing repairs and interior updates will bring this location up to the chain's standard. If you're seeking a well-prepared meat, baked potato, and a side meal, Montana Rib & Chop House is worth stopping for. Steak and lobster special was only $32, the tail was quite large. Everything was absolutely delicious. I took a piece of Cheesecake Factory home, it was delicious. My friend had helped me out with something important, drove me around back and forth all day, so I took her to dinner! Our server, Uriah, was absolutely wonderful, professional yet personable, and just overall great guy who went over and above. I definitely want to go there again, very soon! We went there for her birthday. Kids had kids steak.it was terrible. They couldn't chew it with all the fat chunks. I had the brisket special. Super dry. Alcohol selection is also very very limited.
