this has become my family's go to sushi spot. service is really friendly, we're so regular now they pretty much know our order without asking. the sushi's fresh and delicious, and it's just a simple experience for when you need to scratch the sushi itch. A fine Japanese restaurant with a few good dishes. The best was the chicken katsu, which was fresh and perfectly crispy, and the delicious salmon teriyaki. I definitely recommend those. The miso soup was solid. The basic California roll was stale, especially the rice, but was perfectly fine. The yellowtail sashimi had great texture but has a faint taste of lemon juice. The tempura was generally good, although the batter was dense and soggy in some places, and some vegetables were bitter.
