Worst customer service ever!! This was my second time ordering from this location. The first time my food was not correct and the wings were dry. The second time I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up they told me I ordered from the wrong location. After showing my receipt the guy told me to “ give myself a refund “ because he didn’t have an order in my name. After going to the back he found my receipt and told me it was my fault because the order just came through. I will never order food from this location or any other location because they clearly don’t care about their customers. The food at this location is really good. It tends to be crispy and always fresh. Today was lacking a little with the wings being soggy. I never asked for extra crispy, so maybe the day cook just does it be default. I never had bad service, but I'm rating the service low because there isn't much of a plan for when the store messes up an order. I placed an order for wings with sauce and sloppy fries but got plan wings and fries. The plain wings still were soggy but okay. The only solution from the casher was to write my name down and not charge me for the sauce or give me an extra ranch next time. The thought counts, but something simple like 2-3 bucks off the next order seems more appropriate considering i paid $1 for sauce on the fries and the inconvenience of tonight experience. I wouldn't ask for a refund since its edible but just weird there's not a plan in place for this stuff other than that the location tends to be clean but I wouldn't exactly want to sit down and eat. My family loves their wings and Philly steak. The wings were big and flavorful. The Philly was kinda small compared to other places, but they season the meat which is why we like it.
