I use to love this place. The new owners are letting the teen staff run it to the ground. This one girl will get hot fudge all over the outside cup when I get a hot fudge sundae. Then the last few times we went there was no one available to take my order. I had to go search out back and the 3 teens working were sitting down talking and laughing. Another couple came in after we got our ice cream and stood for 5 minutes waiting for them and also went back to look for them. How sanitary is it to have customers out back searching for staff?
