My veal picata was inedible. Maybe because it was a Sunday and the usual chef wasn't there? Always heard how nice this place was but found it dark and not what you would expect for the high prices. One of the top restaurants in Erie PA. Reasonable prices for the great quality. I like to get the chef special, today it was seafood manicotti. Fabulous. The appetizer (pictured) was unexpectedly huge. Very fresh. The eggplant parm is the best I ever had. Wow. This place: delicious. the best Italian food in Erie. The carbonara was creamy and tasty. Recommend the Tuscan roll with the sweet fig butter as an appetizer.

I think this is the first bad review I've ever left. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food, the veal was dry & over cooked as well as the prosciutto. Alfredo was bland. Overall, the quality of the food was a major letdown, especially after reading how many food reviews there were for this place. We will not be back.
