Great food but the service was definitely lacking. The server acted like she didn't like us being there and came to the table twice. The manager(?) was the only one that made us feel welcome and that was as we were leaving. My husband LOVES this place. I found my meal to be a little unusual; I ordered a Chile Rilleno and got baked dough with ground beef and a few pieces of chile. The service was not good at all. Our server didn't understand English very well. One of our orders was incorrect, and they had to bring someone else out for us to speak to. The waitress could not understand what we were saying. The food was very bland and tasteless. It had been years since I had eaten at Mi Pueblito, and the food was so much better in the past. I could have gotten a better taco at Taco Bell. I probably won't ever go back. I feel like it was a complete waste of money. The food is decent when you dine in, but portions are questionable when you order delivery/pick up. 1/2 Cup of Queso cost 2.50, while the 1 cup option is 5 dollars. Neither are the portion it says… 1/2 cups looks like barely 1/4 of a cup, while the whole cup still doesn’t even look like an entire cup. My favorite Mexican restaurant. Their three amigos plate is my new favorite choice. The grilled steak, chicken, and shrimp are delicious. Anything on the menu is great. I find myself bobbin to the music and the staff is always friendly and nice. Our family eats here on a regular basis. We never have to wait to be seated (and there's a lot of us). Sundays after church do get pretty crowded, though. The menu is pretty basic. Pretty much what every Mexican restaurant serves. The service is always fast. They are also kid friendly. This is a good place to get fast food with your family.

October 2020 What it is instafam, it’s ya boy JT. Back in the Small Town Friendly to get some Mexican food. I’ve only been here once before (maybe 15 years ago) and fell in love with their queso haha - so I wanted to come back and see what else they had to offer. Their service was quick and our server was very attentive. We were greeted with an endless amount of chips and salsa. We got an order of the queso and the Two Amigos (?) which was a burrito 🌯 and a chimichanga (a fried 🌯 of some sorts) complemented with sides of rice, beans, and queso. The plate was good, but now since I know what a chimichanga is, I’ll definitely be getting those from now on. And yes, 15 years later, and the queso and chips are still very good 😭 I’ll be coming back for more.
