2-3-24 i ordered a Big Mac meal in the drive thru. Once we got to the second window the lady was very rude and asked us to pull forward. After waiting 15 min my meal the lady comes walking from the side of the building not the front door in which we were parked by. Hands me the food for my fries to be ice cold and hard my Big Mac was ice cold messy with a burned hard top bun. How am i waiting for cold food. Higher ups need to come in and do a revamp to this location. It’s going down Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went through the drive thru and there was nobody ahead of me but yet it's still took almost 10 minutes to get my food at 1140am. nd when I did get my food. There were problems but. t of course I didn't notice until I was almost at work so it was too late to do anything about it. I dumped my meal and went somewhere else. I got a diet instead of a regular Coke. The fries had 0 salt on them and the burger was mushy. I would continue driving down the road to the other McDonald's in Skokie, if you really want something from here. I've eaten at a lot of McDonald's, and this is probably one of the worst ones. It's McDonald's... but always check your bag when you go through the drive-thru as we have NEVER had a time they did not mess up our order at this location. They are consistent in that sense. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
