The most rude staff in any store that I have ever been. The staff members harassed one of the customers because he was complaining. I don’t know what he was complaining about… but I know that this person never used the F word… but the staff used it non stop against him and they threatened him to leave or something bad will happen to him. I have never experienced anything like that… I feel sorry for the poor guy and for the owner of this store that he has staff like that working there. I felt like if I was trying to defend this poor guy I will get in big trouble too. No need to mention that my food took 26 min to get ready. I’m wondering what would have happened to me if I had complained big time like I usually do if my food is delayed, thank god I didn’t. Maybe I’ll be injured at hospital… I hope the business owner and the police check the cameras to see exactly what happened… as this was a brutal verbal attack to a customer and almost turned to a physical attack. Instead of getting chicken nuggets in my son's happy meal we got a chicken nugget box filled with mac sauce. There's no way this could've been done by accident. Who puts sauce into a cardboard box? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

McDonald's in USA is so much better than Canada. The variety, the price point, the taste, the service was very good. We went around 9pm and neighborhood dis not seem very safe.
