This McDonald's unfortunately cannot get orders right, at least via Uber eats. Last 3 orders were missing an item that is clearly listed on the receipt they staple to the side of the bag. I called to let the manager know and he acted like he couldn't care less. Unfortunately won't be ordering from here anymore. McDonald's is a place that is easy to hate, however, I have to commend them on being consistent. They're always there. They are almost always fast and they usually get my order right. That is more than I can say for a lot of the fast food joints in the area, so I am appreciative. Is it the best food? Maybe not. Is it good for you? Definitely not. Is it fast and reliable and the kids will eat it? Yep. Really what else do you need? Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I have gone to this McDonald’s for years and have noticed a drastic change in service this year. The morning staff used to be helpful, friendly and competent. Now they are rude, aggressive (management) and make mistakes constantly. I have received my frappe in a broken and leaking cup THREE times now. Other times the cup is dripping and messy because they don’t care to wipe it off. They screw up orders and refuse to acknowledge wrong. Today the manager either doesn’t understand policy, English or just didn’t care. She was rude, dismissive and then acted like she didn’t understand when I was asking for the GMs card to reach out to. So I don’t usually care about mistakes in food service (I have worked in food service) but, today I had the worst experience from any McDonald’s I have ever been to. We ordered curbside. The food was subpar (expected from McDonald’s), my sister was missing 2 chicken nuggets from her 10 pc box, my drink came out with no ice, my sandwiches came out smashed (also kind expected) we had a bunch of food, and they decided that they should stick it all in one singular bag. So the bag was ripping as we tried to carry it. When the guy came out with the food; instead of handing us it he just set the bucket (often used to carry large amounts of food) on the edge of the window and expected us to awkwardly grab it out. He didn’t try to help or anything. On the car ride home the bag ripped when my brother went to adjust how it was sitting in his arms. Overall I don’t really care but my siblings were complaining and it has just been an overall a bag experience for us. I have tried to reach out to the Centreville location that I went to. Took my meal back to my hotel room less than 2 minutes away. I ordered the 2 cheeseburgers and fries with a soda. I asked to have lots of extra pickles. To sum it up there were no extra pickles at all and the fries were not crispy but barely cooked. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10
