I stopped in here while visiting the area. This location is conveniently right of the Mohawk Trail just past the traffic circle. While I was eating there I observed lots of sweeping, mopping and wiping down of tables so that’s a big plus. I love clean restaurant. The girl who delivered my foods was super polite. Overall, I would stop here again Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Drive thru lines are confusing and they often process cars out of order, and sometimes your order shows up on the monitor for the other car. The staff always seem to be on their first day since they don’t know how to enter orders and often screw them up. Last week I ordered one of the items under the “Meals” list by the meal # and they told me that it doesn’t come as a meal. And this is one of those annoying McDonalds that forces you to tell them exactly how many creams & sugars to put in a coffee instead of having a standard amount. If they weren’t so convenient I would never go back, but they are on my commute so I stop there too often (and regret it EVERY time). BIG UPDATE!!!!!!¡!!!: WHATS WRONG WITH THE FRIES IN WESTERN MA? THEY TASTE LIKE OIL EXTRA OIL AND EXTRA SALTY? -people on complaining everywhere from greenfield, MA from West Springfield, MA Riverdale franchise. - tasted like they dipped their old fries into the greese again and salted them and handed them out. People have been to the hospital from this. I can't name names on a huge public review though. That's their own doing. -how's it possible two different counties are having this same issue? Bad batch drop off or is it protocol to just dump old fries in oil again, and even on a slow day. - pleasee explain McDonald's. People are reporting this because we are getting sick. Even KIDS YOUNGER THAN 3. HAPPY MEALS. FIX THIS ISSSUE FOR THE COMMUNITY, HOSPITALS, HEALTH & SAFETY, FDA,BBB, and ALL Corporate places need to answer this especially ALL MCDONALD'S WHO ARE EXPERIENCING THIS ISSUE AND WONT RESPOND. And they were SOOOOOOOO backed up Friday, December 15th. All there bells were going off, there was madness everywhere lol and they don't know how to do the code. It even said they got it on my phone when the kid said "you already used it" I said '"we just used the code right here." Where they take the orders. Then they give you no suggestion just go silent and make you pay more money because they messed up So fix the crew. I don't think having all teenagers is great either because they're teens come on.. We normally use the app to order food to pick up through the drive through, but the staff are always ready and appreciative of us ordering ahead.
