McDonald's is pretty near Pick Pocket Plantation. Most guests recommend trying tasty hamburgers. Frappes are good at this fast food. Visitors don't like ice cream at McDonald's. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Most of the time, the spectacular atmosphere is to be found here. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

Place looks nice, but my fries wasn't done. Also the delivery driver blocked in a few customers with his truck just to unload. The amount of product showed that management don't do inventory like they should because it shouldn't take an hour to unload a McDonald's truck. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

I can echo the sentiments of everyone on here. Stopped for a “quick” bite before we hit the road home. Ordered on the kiosk, which was broken. Had to wait on someone to come to the register for us to pay. Didn’t get drink cups, so walked back up. Basically ignored by the employees as they stood around and talked. When will this shut down??? Burger King in the same parking lot shut down. It’s now trying to be a CookOut but not open yet. I went to drive thru and she said her speech and said order when ready so I did. 3 mins later came back on and said the same thing. I asked for a milkshake with my order. Guess what??? At 11am it’s broken down, you just started lunch!!! When I got window she had a black mask on and was muttering. So I asked her to take down her mask, “it’s 2024 mind you” I’m tying to lip read at this point. She told me to “Go touch grass??” What does that mean? Got my subpar food thrown in the window and slammed so I just turned my car off and sat there. When another person came up to window to ask if I needed anything I said yes , Ketchup, please and thanks. Food was nasty. Tried the new double Big Mac. Bun was old and crumbling . Fry’s couldn’t even be chewed. Disgusting. Please close. The problem is the same employees floating in between fast food restaurants. Do better cause Five Guys will shut you down. Right across the street. Are you not seeing the reviews on Google. They won’t clean anything like the upstairs It’s always blocked off. Milkshake and ice cream are always broken. Actually the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. It's a pity they shut down the Burger King that was right next door. Want your food in a reasonable time? Forget it. The McDonald Brothers and Ray Croc themselves are rolling over in their graves solely due to this location. I have tried this location multiple times hoping they fixed anything, I've actually gotten food poisoning from this location twice, once from McNuggets that were not properly cooked. The other time from a cheeseburger for the same reason. I would pray that you never doordash from this location because there is a 90% chance they will butcher your order. The last time I door dashed from this location, not only did they mix up my order, but they didn't even remember my drink based on the receipt versus the food I received. Want to go through the drive-thru? Good luck! It doesn't matter if there's no cars ahead of you or the line is backed into incoming traffic. You could finish an entire season of stranger things before you get your food.....AND ITS STILL GONNA BE COLD. Also stay away from the bathrooms, they both reek when the doors open. On par McDonalds Associate seemed annoyed that I wanted my receipt and then I ask for ketchup. What am I going to do with 3 packets of ketchup? My sandwich bun was rock hard😔 With your endless increase in prices just so you can pay the minimum wage workers middle class money and destroy the economy, can you at leased start getting the food and service right? Took forever to take my order. I ordered apple pies and got strawberry. I have tried calling the times and no one answered. The fries were cold. No ice in the drinks. This place is getting worse and worse. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give zero stars I would. Same thing that happened to Miriam a few months ago just happened to me.I waited 15 minutes, they took other people’s orders and were very rude yelling “were closed!” Through the window without even opening it, at 11pm when I circled back and waited at the window again because I tried to order twice. TERRIBLE SERVICE and I recommend grabbing a late night snack elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm not one to complain about food service but this is ridiculous how it took more than a hour for me to receive my food. I understand that alot of people aren't working but a hour and 30 that's crazy. I was in the reserved parking lot for 40 minutes and then in line for another 40 or more. Gotta do better people. I brought my children here for dinner on a nearly dead Friday evening. They wanted to play on the play place after they ate. We ordered our meals at the kiosk, no one so much as called our number when the order was ready, let alone bring it to the table like they're supposed to do. We had items missing from our order. When I returned to the counter to see about getting the missing items, employees completely ignored my presence. It wasn't until I loudly said, "Excuse me. Hello? Anyone home? " That someone asked what I wanted. The food was as expected, nothing noteworthy there. My girls were disappointed to find that the play area was blocked off. That's fine, my girls said, "Can we eat upstairs?" Nope, the upstairs was blocked off as well. Chik Fil A might be more expensive, but at least their play area is open, and employees are ready and happy to assist customers. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10
