This place is consistently good... however the price hike is outrageous as they pass increased cost to consumers but while also making record profits. 6 dollars for a tiny breakfast sandwhich? I went into McDonald's to order a cup of coffee. Upon arriving there were 2 registers with 2 signs that said we're short staffed and you must order at the kiosk....so I attempted to order at the kiosk and my code for coffee wouldn't work. I asked an employee(later found out to be manager Eileen) for help as the code wasn't working. I asked if I could order up front and she said no, the only way to order is on the kiosk. I told her it wasn't working and she told me in a rude condescending voice that it doesn't matter ...I then asked for help and she condescending walked to the machine and entered my code. The code didn't work and she then told me the code didn't work...I told her I know and that's why I came to her for help....at that time the app said I would have to wait 15 minutes because I had used the deal. I told Eileen what it said and she told me in a very rude and Conde voice that I would have to wait. I told her I couldn't wait 15 minutes and she said that was not her fault and she had no way to honor the discount. I then asked for a manager and she said she is the manager. I then asked for the General Manager or their phone number and she told me to call a number posted inside the store. I called and couldn't get help at all as it kept looping me back to the main menu I am disgusted at the disgraceful act put on by Eileen. I get my coffee from McDonalds daily and the fact that I went to her for help and explained that the code wasn't working and she then put the code in herself and it didn't work followed by her telling me there's nothing she could do and I'd have to wait is grounds for at minimum a 7 day suspension. She didn't defuse at all....she was talking soft but very rude and the look on her face made it seem as if I was bothering her routine. I expect nothing less than to hear back from the general managers boss as when I requested the GM I was told it's not possible to speak to them. I have no clue how you made her a manager as she does not know how to treat people. I have been coming to McDonald's for 4 decades and I have never seen a manager act like this...and I know she could have applied a discount to get the 99 cent coffee....but because she wanted to throw around her authority I then had to leave and drive to another McDonald's and then wait until the 15 minutes was up to order my coffee. I’m 6.’.1” 260 pounds I’m hard to miss!!! I stood at the cashier and 4 people walked by and didn’t even acknowledge me. I was told by a Cook to use kiosk only as now there’s no cashiers available, and the kiosk didn’t even print a receipt for my food. I don’t know what happened in the last year but management and just overall kindness and professionalism sure has gone downhill. super bummed!!
