Ordered and paid for 2 40 piece nuggets on the app and did curbside pick up. Only received one. When I called, they refused to make them and was very rude. Called the next day and attempted to talk to GM. He had the woman who answered the phone talk for him, said they will review cameras, why, idk and to call back after the weekend. Called back, was told I will not receive a refund or the nuggets I was missing. Reported through the app and that's just as useless. McDonalds steals your money.

We ordered one meal, and the employee tried to give us 2 drinks that we didn't order, then asked what we ordered and we told him, so we assumed the food was wrong and gave it back to him. Then he snapped at us and told us the food was right and we were just confused about the drinks and got yelled at and the window slammed twice. All we said was the drinks were wrong

Can barely hear the guy at the drive thru when you pull up to pay and tell him, he ignores you. Soft spoken or not , customers should be able to hear you.
I was then charged the wrong order and when the manager came she was extremely rude.
It was like I was inconveniencing her.

The BEST McDonald's hands down!!! They treated me like Beyonce..... I felt like a celebrity, they are so accommodating,nice,down to earth,and the food was fast and fresh. I can't wait to go back. Also the app saved me money and time. Definitely an app worth having.

My recent visit to McDonald's was extremely disappointing. Despite ordering a meal that included fries, I had to request fresh fries not once, but twice. The initial serving was cold and stale, making it clear that they had been sitting under the heat lamp for far too long. Even after my first complaint, the replacement fries were still not up to par. I get that they’re closing soon, so maybe that’s why I never got the service that I was looking for but this is something that happens A LOT at the specific location. It's disappointing to see such a renowned fast-food chain neglecting the basics of food preparation and service. I hope the manager takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure that all customers receive the fresh, hot food they expect and deserve. Also the night staff attitude is very rude.

Absolutely horrible food. The fries had 0 salt and my double quarter pounder was tasteless with way too much onions. The fries had brown spots as if the fryer hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Recommend going to taco bell next door.
Edit:My wife's McChichen and cheese burger was bad as well!!! Both had burnt buns, the burger had a half pickle on it and they forgot the ketchup!!!

I went through the drive-through at 3:30 on Saturday, July 8th, they waited on three cars in the outside lane before someone took my order. The wait was at least 10 minutes long and then this is the garbage they handed out to me. The burger was dry cold and the cheese was not even on the burger it was wrapped up around the bottom with the paper. I have been eating McDonald’s for a very long time and this is by far the worst thing that was ever given to me. I wonder if the workers that made this would like to eat it ? Will never go there again!

What happened to the Quarter Pounder Box?
Stall fries with a fresh long line? Service was exceptionally quick however I’d rather have the pickle and onions on my Burger instead of fast service.
I live an hour away and the Manager did offer to remake my order correctly. However I did not have time so I will give 4 stars.
They salt their fries the restaurant inside was clean and no one was rude about my compliant. Still, WE EXPECT “Fast Food” to be fast and correct, the whole point is so that we don’t have to drive 17 minutes back.
