Not a good location. Overcharges you, routinely messes up orders, and the quality of the food is awful. Even for a McDonald's, this is very rough. Sloppy and gross. Avoid at all costs. McDonald's Corporate will jump to make your experience better. They take a while to respond - a few weeks, and they need to send reimbursements in the mail, so it takes a good month to get this sorted, but they will make it right in the long run. This location - not the best - But Jessica - the Customer Recovery Supervisor for McDonald’s Restaurants of Southeast Wisconsin? She's the best <3 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Seriously...do you get hired here if you have the worst customer service skills?! I have tried to give this place a chance but it's terrible. They don't greet you or say anything really. I had a custom order, requested no pickles. I got both cheeseburgers with the no pickle tag and they both had pickles on them! The last time I ordered cheeseburgers they forgot the burger. No joke. I can't tell you how many times I have ordered and items were forgotten. Not worth time or money going to this location. Food quality is really poor at this location. Seems nothing is fresh and has been sitting way beyond the point where it should have been thrown out. Many other choices in CG, go elsewhere for a quick meal.

Terrible customer service! Whoever was at the speaker in the drive thru was okay but the guy at the window was rude. Never said hi or thank you and handed us the wrong order. Was served TWO ranch dressing cups, both were spoiled. They smelled different and one was even chunky. Needless to say I will drive to a different location from now on.

Really like the breakfast crew. Coffee is great and the food has always been made correctly for me. Although I don't think their sugar dispenser really works properly. Anything lunch menu is a different story. Fritters are always poorly cooked and cold. Salt is always an after thought. Nuggets are dry and cold. Burgers are fool proof but they can't shoot the ketchup and mustard to save their lives. It's not even a particularly busy location. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This is my Remake burger for the first one that was raw. Are you kidding me? Got both burgers in a matter of seconds. Tried calling 5 times after the employee hung up on me after he insisted they checked my burger to assure it was cooked. They then unplugged the phone. This McDonald’s needs to be shut down. Every employee I’ve ever encountered from this place is just downright rude. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I prefer to drive 10-15 extra minutes to go to a different mcdonalds so I don't have to come here. The one time I visited, there was a teen kid (I assume it was his first job/first week), who needed help with a coupon that wasn't working. The woman, who I assume was the manager, just laid into him like he was scum for asking for help. I decided that was the last time I'd go to this particular location. The morning person taking orders at drive through window, big guy with glasses, concur with other comments, rude, rushes, not friendly at all, has gotten order wrong several times. At pickup window always wrong in preparing iced coffee with little cream, it is cream with little coffee. See pics. It is a quick grab and go on way to work, but will reconsider in the future.
