The cashier gave us ketchup in a little nugget container that since we were on the road, it was very helpful. I appreciated not having to open the little packets. Thanks

I must have gone on a bad day. Because my food was cold. Fries were stale and I was disappointed in food. Worst part is i didnt think to check when at restaurant. I just opened my bag made sure order was right and left. When I put my hand in for a fry i knew i messed up. Why didn't i go back? Because i was on a road trip and pouring rain, wasn't worth the hassel to me. Over all the restaurant inside was clean and bathroom was clean and stocked with TP.

This location is probably one of the worst along the I-5 the nearest one in Kettleman City isn’t much better either. But I will say the speed to get food here is a tad bit better but the service here is usually really bad. I still come by to get a drink but just overall this place needs a lot of help and I know it being off the I-5 it is probably a goldmine for the owner and they probably don’t care too much. Restrooms aren’t too clean for those of you looking for a cleaner restroom Harris Ranch and Starbucks might be the better bet around here, Carls Jr would have to be 3rd on my list. 76 down the street is even worse than McDonalds. Overall this location is probably good for a quick bite or two a drink stop but don’t expect great service or for food to always come out piping hot from this location.

They got our order wrong but made it right very quickly. This is a heavily trafficked stop so the bathrooms aren't exactly the cleanest. If you can make it go to Kettleman City, go to Bravo Land.

Would give this MCD negative score if possible. Ordered at 2PM on the mobile app, went through drive thru, and didn't get my order till 2:30PM.
When I got to the order pickup window, my car, as well as the two cars behind me were told to go to a curbside spot. Around 2:15PM, a worker came to drop off food to me, but it was not my order. It turned out to be the car that was next to mine's order. The worker said that my order was coming out shortly. When it did not come out in another 15minutes, I had to go in and ask about the order. They did not even know anything about my order...even though I was originally told to park at a curbside spot at the drive thru window. The two cars that ordered after us and were also told to park curbside were all brought their order before me. After speaking with a manager (because the other workers did not know what was going on), my order was finally brought out. But wait, it gets worse. They forget the large sprite I ordered. The worker brings it after being informed. When she brings it, she brings it without a straw..when asked for a straw she seems annoyed. How are you supposed to drink out of it without a straw? After finally waiting 30minutes, I drove off fed up. Upon getting to my destination, I get ready to eat the nuggets and find out they forget to put any of the sauces from my order in here. Reading a bunch of the other reviews, this seems like a normal occurrence here. Avoid this location if possible.
