Absolutely the worst mcdonald's i've ever been into in my life. The chicken nuggets had to have been at least two days old. And the cheeseburger was so dry that I could peel the cheese off of it and tap it on the table. I wish I could give it a negative review. Since I posted this review. McDonald's reached out to me and took care of the problem which I greatly appreciate and respect them for that. They could have just ignored the problem and let it go. But they owned up to it and made it right. And for that much respect, thank you when a mucca McDonald's. And thank you to the manager. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a Frappuccino from the app. I waited in spot 4 for my order, a really nice gal came out to inform me that the Frappuccino machine was down, so I switched my order to an iced coffee, after she returned back inside, I decided to go in and get it from her so she doesn't need to make another trip outside, once inside, I witnessed the staff interacting with each other, everyone was so happy and courteous to each other, I just wanted The Winnemucca McDonald's to know you have a great team. Food was fine. Typical McDonald's food. Several soda nozzles were broken. No straws out. bathrooms were out of commission for the men's room. I drive truck and slept down the road from them that night. So at 5:15 am I fired up drove to them thinking they were open but all the lights were off. So I waited and just kept seeing cars pull in and leave upset. So I wanted tell 6:15 went to the door locked. Shook the door knocked and the guy working acting like he can't hear me. So I banged and he heard. Came to the door with a attitude saying they are closed 15 more mins. I was like w the f... so I got online and the lady gm phone number was on it. Called her and she said it's open. I said no it's not I'm standing at the door. Guy comes running sorry sorry. So he finally lets me in then it takes 15 mins to get my food. They don't even have the reg going they say no it's free. I said NO ITS NOT CHARGE ME. I hope the real owner sees this. You lose about 300 00 every morning easily. Employees want there checks every Friday you can't be a min late or they throw a fit. So don't give away free food I'm not homeless and open. The doors at time posted.
