I was debating on making this because I don’t want to be that person. But their bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle gave me food poisoning. I have never felt that type of sickness before. I was up all night, getting sick and it went all the way through the next day and had to call out of work. I could barely even stand up without feeling extremely lightheaded and weak. Food: 1

My autistic son worked there for over a year. Five hours a day, five days a week until a new manager started. He is now working three (3) hours a week. This is how a big corp gets away with not paying unemployment. I guess the ADA doesn't mean much to him or them... Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered and paid for breakfast at 10:20am, received an email confirmation. My son gets to the drive through to pick up the food, and they had cancelled my order saying that we ordered past 10:30. FALSE. It wasn't like it was a big order either. I called to speak with a manager to express my concerns, and they ask you to leave a voicemail. We will see if anyone calls back. Service: 1

Everyone in there is rude as hell and the drive they is ridiculous! Employees treat door dashers like their the scum of the earth. I felt so bad for those people because no one wanted to help them. Every time I come here, my order is wrong and I’ll even go through more than once to get it corrected and they STILL get it wrong. They are also very rude and snobbish. And every time I go inside the place is disgusting and there’s a million people who have been waiting for up to an HOUR for their food. They are way too understaffed for a McDonald’s chain. Terrible customer service. We ordered curbside pickup. We waited in the pickup spot for 20 minutes. My gut told me to check our order, against my better judgement, I did not. Of course, we were missing items. When I called, Andrea the "manager" didn't even identify I was calling McDonald's, or say her name. I had to ask if I had the right number and to whom I was speaking with. So unprofessional! Our food was cold, and disgusting. I absolutely hate this location. It used to be the closest, now the boat club location is open. I suggest switching. Maybe if no one frequents this store, corporate will make some much needed changes. Ordered a caramel frappe, no while, extra EXTRA drizzle. I was very specific that I wanted quite a bit of caramel sauce and they could charge me as such. They charged me two times for the caramel, still had the normal amount. Also has whip. When I asked them to fix it, they seemed put out and actually tried to argue. Then they just scraped it off the top. Ummm... no. I asked for no whip for a very specific reason. Then the cup wasn't even to the top after paying 5$. I asked them to remake it. The lines are always so long. My wife waited for 45 minutes after ordering a happy meal and got tired of waiting and decided to leave. They are severely understaffed with no changes in months. I am not blaming the employees, this is a management problem. The employees are doing the best they can with the little they have.
