Terrible service. Walked in to place order. No one works the front registers. They expect everyone to use the kiosks where there was a line of customers. They ignore you standing at the register. I had a question about drink cup sizes and tried several times to get someone's attention. They just look at you and ignore you. They expect everyone to go through the drive thru. GET YA SAUCE RIGHT!!! When you're amped up for a McDonald's meal, every detail matters, especially the sauce. Imagine biting into a succulent nugget only to realize it's not swimming in the exceptional ranch sauce you love, but instead, it's drowning in the sharp tartness of sweet and sour. It feels like a betrayal, a culinary misstep that taints your whole fast-food experience. You've been looking forward to this moment, but the wrong sauce just rips the joy away. It's not just a sauce, it's the vital finishing touch - the wrong one can make your meal seem entirely irrelevant, and that’s what happened to me!!! Placed an UberEats order and asked for a 20 piece nuggets, with sweet and sour and barbecue sauce. We did not receive any sauce. That is straight cruel. Dry nugs man? Survives solely on volume not satisfaction. Almost every time we drive thru the order is wrong. Always have to pull up to the waiting window and watch up to 10 cars get fed before us. Stop accepting this as the norm for faster food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to get some lunch today. The staff was very friendly. I asked for some big mac sauce on the side and they didn't have the cups of sauce like they usually do. So instead, they gave me some sauce in a side container to enjoy. It's that kind of effort that shouldn't go unnoticed. All the food was fresh and hot. I go hear all the time and it is the most consistent location in MA

I’m a long time customer to this Hudson location because my daughter likes their breakfast sandwiches. However, this is not the first time their stuffs forgot to give me rewards points after I made purchases. And the most frustrating part is when I went back to ask, it seems like none of them understand what happened and having serious language barriers for English.. In addition to the service issue, our food were completely cold… So I gave up and tried to contact the franchise owner with the number/email on their window, but it turns out either the phone number or the email both invalid..I have made my decision not to come back to this location anymore! have gone to this mcdonald’s on my lunch break quite a few times. worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to, they’re slow and almost everytime mess up the order. also the customer service is just so bad. the manager lady is rude as hell and all the employees look miserable. maple st marlborough mcdonald’s is incredible. okay im back and im going to start keeping count of how many orders they get wrong for me. 6/6 so far. went back this time to get it fixed and my burger was missing half a patty Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Messed up our four meal. Missing the ten pack nuggets drink and fries. I go to McDonald's once or twice a year and today was once, after we were at the Amazing American Heritage Museum in Hudson MA . I just wanted the nostalgic bacon double cheese burger....and it was good. I gave my son's friend my drink and fries, so I guess I got my burger in the end!!!
