They take forever and this is supposed to be fast food!! There nobody there to help customers if we need refills and they look either tired or high with their pants hanging halfway down! Unprofessional and they need to send someone to fix this McDonald's service! I waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to get me a refill and other customers were asking for napkins and ketchup and it took them like 20 minutes before they even gave him any. Inhate that their ice cream machine is never working and they have it breakdown on purpose. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I loved it the Manager is always there ready to make your day and the amount of pride he and his fellow co workers carry radiates through the entire store ensuring everyone is happy and content with there meals aswell as there speed of service! Visiting this McDonald's restaurant was as expected. The line outside to the drive-thru was slow. I parked and came inside to order my meal. Though I did not tell them it was a meal to go, they packaged it that way and that was exactly what I needed. The drive-thru line made backing out of the parking lot very difficult. This is a relatively small McDonald's and it is difficult to navigate outside. All together, the experience was about what I expected. Good but not exceptional.
