Walked 7 minutes here from Norcross Gwinnett County library to grab a quick dinner. Great staff. Service was quick. The atmosphere has a very unique design with outdoor sittings; which is something I never came across. So that was a first. Everything was great. Will always love McDonald. Okay, so I went this morning to make an order for breakfast. I’m just seeing my order was completely wrong I’m missing one hashbrown when I order a total of 5 and also my apple pies were wrong and bitten. I feel completely disappointed. I went here with someone who said this place was fast at the drive thru and it didn't disappoint. It was fast and the food was as good as expected. There are touch screens where you can make your order with an option to pay with card or cash at the counter. At the counter you can also order. The cashier was nice and bilingual. They work fast to get both drive thru and in orders out quickly. There's an area inside for mobile order pickup. It was decently clean with bathrooms that's the back. I'm not Hispanic, but I lived in Norcross for 15+years. If you know, you know. The staff is 80-90% hispanic, they all speak English and they really make you feel welcome. 4 employees sitting down taking my order watching YouTube videos with headphones in. My order got repeated correctly and was still wrong when given. I asked to please make sure no onions and was given what appeared to be extra onions. Good luck here Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

First time visiting this location and it was a very pleasant experience! The staff was very nice, warm, and helpful. Had no issue with our food, and it was promptly made and given to us. Only issue was the drink machine had a weird taste to it, and there was an issue with the pastry I ordered. I was told it would take a day for them to thaw (which I found very strange), so I was given a pie instead. Overall good experience and would come back. The morning manager a Latina Women Name beings with an S is really nasty. She refused to sub an eggs that was the same price $1.99. It literally would have cost her nothing. McDonald’s used be be about making someone’s day and to me stood for something, now it’s corporate money junkie that could care less for its frequent patrons. This food was for my pregnant wife and times are a little hard right now, as she is not working. I went to another McDonald’s down the block and they gladly accommodated my request.

There is no Play Place for the kids. The McDonald's was a little dirty when I got there. The employee taking my order didn't seem to really know what she was doing and she has to ask for help from another employee. But the food was maid well and my kid enjoyed it. I will go back to this location because it is so close to my place. Also this location is 24 hours.
