The food was nasty the Hispanic lady taking the orders fails to show respect to the customers the food was dry they did not attend the customers needs

i called the store yesterday because i accidentally placed an order at the wrong location and the man that answered was extremely helpful but when i got to the store yesterday and asked to speak to him the workers basically told me to take my food and leave. so i called right after i left and the man that answered said he was sorry for the way they treated me and to come in tomorrow. so i did and when i got here today. again. the workers were extremely rude and no help. so i call the store and there was a different man that answered and he told me “i don’t know what to tell you. they don’t speak english very well.” basically telling me tough so. this whole experience was extremely unpleasant and i am never this kind of person but i am extremely upset and will not be coming back to this store Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

These employees are questionable, I’m not sure if they just don’t care or if they don’t know how to read. But they messed my order up and forgot about me while i was waiting for my drink. The roads are way too bad for me to go back and have them fix it. The woman at the window didn’t speak English. She was wearing a neon green vest like she’d just been to the trash. She handed me a bag and I hadn’t paid yet. Then I had to ask for my Diet Coke. I had ordered a #3 but I got a plain hamburger, 6 chicken McNuggets and a small fry. The McNuggets were all dried out. Kiosk was broken did not give me a reciept and then manager argued with me and stated I didn't pay I had to show him my bank account where it came out and then he refused to give me my whole order would not give me my drink until I paid for another also stated he wasn't going to get kiosk fixed then on top of it all my food was cold I literally ended up throwing it in the trash worst service ever will never return and calling cooperate Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
