Ordered coffee and cake. Waited, received only cake as coffee machine was broken.Got a refund for no coffee. Decided not to have the cake but was told it's too late as they put ice-cream on the cake. I did not accept their poor choice of not taking responsibility. If coffee is not available then you should not be able to order it and they should absolutely inform you if you want just the cake before they serve it. Pretty crappy service altogether but got a full refund in the end.

I found the tables needed a good wipe, ended up wiping my own table after the lobby member just walked past the table which was obviously in need of a clean I did try and catch his attention but I guess I wasn't loud enough in my words excuse me. other than that the food was nice, as we was cleaning up and putting our rubbish in the bin I noticed the bin was not as it should be it had ants crawling all over it and the same member of lobby staff seaming to wiping around them which I found disgusting and unusual for this particular max usually has an incredibly high standard..... yes, I am aware that in one breath, I complain about the tables, but that is something that should be checked on regularly. Food is mostly good here... IF you get it. They tend to "forget" to add something in every order. Sounds a little too convenient. This is not a one time thing either... Has happened numerous times here. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I only ever eat one sandwich. I wish they'd give you a lid for your cup without having to ask. This annoys me every time. I don't need random spit from the crowded dining area getting into my drink these days.
