I get the impression that they're short of staff. The burger looked like it had been thrown together at speed and the fries were luke-warm at best. Some would say cold but they weren't completely cold. The staff were friendly enough.....makes it hard to complain really. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

It’s all okay overall, just be mindful when you do drivethru, check your food! As always they tend to mess up even the more simple order. Service Take out Meal type Lunch

Took more than 30 minutes to serve Halloumi burger and GDL halloumi korean BBQ and once served, Halloumi were in both sandwiches so cold and look like were stored in refrigerator.

It was complicated to order of you don't speak Swedish, most Swede's speak English so perhaps the menu could also have English with the Swedish. The burgers were on the smaller size so order up. Very good place to eat.

Max burger is definitely better than bigger rivals, juicy and tender burgers with real burger breads with toppings. It has vegetarian varieties as well. I just didn’t like the ice coffee ☕️.

Nice to come every time, especially with kids. Afternoon on weekend can a good crowd. Typical waiting time could be 20-25 min. Try new vegan options, they are really great.

Great burgers and clean buidling. the only thing which honestly surprised me was the inability of the staff to speak english. One of the items on my order (ordered with one of those quick order things on a screen) wasn't available anymore so they had to ask me what else I would want. so they aksed me this in swedish (I can more or less understand what they said but wasn't 100% sure) so I asked to explain me in swedish to which the girl (I estimate she was about 20yrs old) told me she couldn't speak any english so she asked about 4 other employees to do it for her but they all said that neiter could they. So we stood there looking at eachother for a minute or 2 without saying anything until another employee passed us who could explain me the situation in English. Baffled!

Very nice stations from which you can order food; nil staff interaction, fairly good restroom, and there was a raven-looking bird outside. Nice food, too. Too bad there were bad-mannered children running amok, but that's on their parents, I guess.

Max is our go-to burger place. The burgers served are very good even though getting them takes a little longer. It's because they are made when you order. The automated ordering system is really good and well managed. Max also has an app that lets you order in advance, if you'd like to. We'll be back!
