Terrible attitude. Former long time customer. Ordered online 15 minutes ahead of time on a quiet Sunday morning. Upon arrival zero pizzas were being made, because nobody noticed the big screen was down. After waiting another 5 minutes, the young girl had a serious bad attitude when I asked if anyone was planning to make my pizza. She said, "Why are you having an attitude?" Terrible service. Yes, the three employees were confused on why their system was down, and nobody cared to make the pizza I had ordered online while I patiently stood waiting. This store is an embarrassment. She even yelled, "You've only been waiting two minutes here!" Nope. Very bad, Marcos!! I predict the same generic reply, "Hi, There. We’re sorry that we let you down. Please private message us your contact information and further detail via Facebook or Twitter so we can look into this." Same bad reviews on Facebook with no response. My first time getting Marco’s pizza was a couple weeks ago. My husband and I had been willing to try new places and decided to give it a try. We were gladly surprised with how fresh the ingredients tasted and decided to order some more for the Super Bowl. The order was ready 5 minutes before the time we have chosen and they pick up process was absolutely smooth even in such a busy day!
