Hands down a great pizza!

I've never had a bad pizza here. Every specialty pizza has been phenomenal 🙌 we've tried every pizza on the menu to try to find one we don't like and we didn't succeed. They always deliver in 20 minutes. This is the best pizza place hands down. We got sick of Domino's so we've been going to Marcos lately. I placed the order via mobile for pick up on Jan 15th. I'd just left the vet (had to put my cat down) so it was a scrappy day. I was bringing dinner home for the family, while I was out that way. I got there 8 minutes early (as my order wasn't due to be up till 6:05). Sat and watched the despicable me movie that was on. I went up around the time my pizza was supposed to be ready (saw an XL Box). Wasn't mine. I assume it was the manager asking about it and the guy cutting and boxing said something about having to "run it through again". After 20 minutes I went up again. No one knew nothing about my pizza, even the manager who was trying to help earlier didn't remember. The guy working the counter was nice and helpful and said it would be on the house for the long wait. I was there for over 45 minutes till I got my pizza in my hands. Then to top it off, theu didn't refund me for the wait. Next time I'll know to stand there and get confirmation. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
