I was really hoping having "deli" on the sign meant I could get a great sandwich. Even tho that wasn't the case, my bagel and coffee were good, employees were kind and helpful, and this is a great spot to stop on my way to Crystal! Ask for a kick starter.. the morning crew knows what it is.. if you like caffeine, Carmel sauce and whipped cream, you're gonna love it. Side note. If you're using a credit card, make sure to tell them what you want to tip before they run the card. You don't get to add it later. And the batista are too polite to ask for a tip if you don't suggest it first. Dishonest about cost of product- I was told my mocha was $5 and then a server took my credit card. She handed my card back without my receipt. I asked for my receipt. She reluctantly went and printed it out. I read it $7.25 and confronted her about the discrepancy . She said there is a two dollar fee to use a card. I pointed out she should have told me because I had cash. Also I wouldn't have used a card because I can't afford to pay $2 every time I need to buy something.
