I'm genuinely compelled to write this review, driven by an exceptionally disappointing experience that demands attention. The service we encountered was beyond terrible; it was appalling. Our server exhibited a demeanor that was not just unprofessional but outright rude, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere that left us feeling undervalued and disrespected. What's more concerning is the egregious billing issue, where we were charged for items we never ordered—a clear indication of either gross negligence or intentional deceit. Additionally, a basic request for a to-go box, which should have been met with a simple gesture of service, was utterly ignored, forcing me to fend for myself in what felt like a self-service ordeal in an establishment where I expected to be served. This experience not only marred our visit but also raised serious concerns about the management and training of the staff. It's regrettable to encounter such a level of service that completely undermines the very essence of hospitality.
