Quintessential Texas small town Cafe- this place doesn't do anything wrong. Amazing burgers with great fries and the best tea - plus the friendliest staff you'll ever meet. Parking lot was full and I was lucky to get a small table during peak lunch time. Modest prices for the culinary treasure you receive. Better salsa than most Mexican restaurants, while you wait. Neighboring tables boasted amazing looking chicken fried steaks on one side and a lot of gorgeous looking enchiladas on the other. Needless to say, I've gotta get myself back! There literally isn't a more perfect place in Boling to eat. If you're unsure what to order...close your eyes and just point. You can't go wrong. The tacos are 10000000% beyond amazing! We arrived at your restaurant and fell in love with your place. The employees were all extremely nice and handled their business. We were served our chips and salsa and given cups for our drinks right away. I fell in love with the salsa! I had the cheese/meat enchiladas with a taco on the side. Everything was delicious. This hidden gem of a restaurant has surpassed my expectations every time we come here. The food is delicious and plentiful, you never go home hungry. Still the best Tex-Mex Enchiladas in the Houston area!! I was in Houston for the 2017 Livestock Show & Rodeo BBQ Cookoff and decided to take a ride to Boling to eat the red cheesy enchiladas (onions on top of course) I grew up eating when Butch (owner) was working there. Always order them with a side of fries and cream gravy for dipping, different but great combination, the best!! The enchiladas are as good as I remember, if not better, Tex-Mex comfort food at it's best. You need to try them, you won't be disappointed!
