I ordered our first cake for my husband's birthday - a delicious, moist and beautifully decorated carrot cake. I will definitely order from M&M again. This is a hidden gem in La Mesa I have driven by for years. Can't wait to try the Tres Leches or any other desert. Maria bakes with ❤.

This place is amazing! I needed a cake for my sister-in-law’s birthday and not only was it decorated beautifully, but my family said it was the best cake they’ve ever had. The staff is also very nice and accommodating.

I ordered a Birthday cake for my wifes birthday party, on short notice. And WOW WHAT A BEAUTIFUL CAKE !!! Everybody was blown away. What a tasty work of art. THIS CAKE WAS THE CENTER PIECE OF THE PARTY !! THANK YOU M&M !!! If your looking for the best bakery in San Diego This Is It

Quite simply the best in East County -- and probably the rest of San Diego, as well. Whenever we have a special birthday or special event, this is our go-to bakery. We've never been disappointed.
