We had Luna for the first time last night and will definitely be ordering again. Our food was ready quickly and the staff was helpful, recommended sauces we might like to try. Once again, the top performing store in the entire chain, shines: This testamonial is all about Chino Hills Mgr. Delilah. 2 weeks ago I placed my online salmon, Santorini bowl order, picked it up and didn't realize, until I was home eating, the chef left out the bazmati rice. I called Delilah, I was nice, she was professional, no finger pointing, rather a proactive, concerned attitude from Delilah. Being famliar with my order, and me as a longtime customer, she immediately apologized and remedied the situation upon my next store order. Sure enough, I walked in last week and before I got to the counter, Delilah was ready to take order and make it right. She did - as she always does, with all customers - 100% perfect. Luna is lucky to have Delilah managing. Like I recommended in a past review about another Chino Hills Luna Grill store Mgr. (Chloe), Delilah exemplifies what it takes, and has the necessary dedication with desire, to be a stand alone Luna Grill store manager. She's amazing, not only to customers, but also to her staff. Just watching her deal with the different personality types - while I wait for my order(s) is enough of an example of her FOH skillset mastery Chino Hills is lucky to have the 2 finest managers in the Luna circuit: Chloe, and Delilah.
