I participated in a cake decorating class today and had the best time! Mary was the instructor and she did a fantastic job. I’m a complete beginner and the class was very helpful and fun. She explained the basics of the supplies used, properly icing a cake, and how to create roses and leaves. Came in recently and bought five different flavors of cake for a function. The red velvet and the chocolate cake with white icing were absolutely incredible. All of the cakes were moist and delicious, but those are my favorite flavors. Highly recommend for excellent quality and tasty cakes! The service was awesome too! If they kept whole cakes in the case, I have a feeling I would be by a little too often and pick one up on my way home from work!!! OMG! Mary did an AMAZING job on my son’s birthday cake!!! I reached out to her a couple of weeks in advance and was able to email a photo of the type of cake my son wanted for his 14th birthday. He asked for a South Park character cake, with no words, just the face of the character, red velvet cake, cream cheese filling, and buttercream frosting. Not only was the cake PERFECT in the way it looked, the cake inside was dense, moist, and sooooooooooo delicious. One of the best cakes we have ever had! This is the second cake we have ordered from Louise’s and we WILL be back for more!!!! Cannot recommend this place enough!!!!! Thank you for making my son’s birthday special! My friends and I went here on yesterday (Sunday December 17th) for a cake decorating class. It was soo fun! We really enjoyed learning the craft of decorating the cake, the environment was nice, and the instructor was very knowledgeable and willing to show us the different techniques.
