For over 30 years now I've been eating enchiladas all over this state. Some were good, some were not. These could be the best ones I've ever had. We ordered two enchilada plates, beef and chicken queso and they were both phenomenal! Plus, the rice and beans and guac were great as well. The blend of spices, the fresh corn tortillas, the crispy chips and salsa! If you are ever withing 20 miles of Harper, you will not be disappointed for getting out here! Have been wanting to try this place for a while after seeing great reviews. Today it worked that I was on my way home through Harper around lunch time and was able to have my 2 sons meet me there. We started with choriqueso (queso with chorizo) and it was really excellent. Between the 3 of us, we had Enchiladas with Jalapeños, Jalisco Burrito, and a California Burrito. All were very good as was the table salsa served with the complimentary chips. The 2 additional hot sauces were both also good but we liked the green jalapeño sauce better than the red. We live about 20 minutes away but now that we know it's worth the trip, we'll be back. Looks like they also gave a full bar, beer, & margaritas. Service was great!
