Current management trying to improve service but it's still a ridiculously long wait and they get backed up at meal times. Even the mobile portal orders run behind. Manager on duty reamed the front cashier in the middle of the dinner rush. They were off to the side but still where coworkers and even customers in the front of the store could hear it, and made everyone waiting feel uncomfortable. Even knowing he was struggling they still didn't put a second cashier to work. Definitely a sign of the maturity and experience level of those hired for management not knowing how to properly address issues at the time and when to table it to get through the immediate situation and do an after event evaluation. Kudos to the cashier that went back to it after such a public dressing down. The pizza is your standard cheaper not fresh, definitely canned toppings. About the best that can be said is they are trying... just don't have the leadership or training to know any better. 🤦🏽I ordered a pizza and asked how long it would take, they replied with 15mins Well it ended up taking an hour for it to come out.
