I just got my pizza and it is the single worst pizza I have received in literally 45 years of eating pizza. I ordered the Cheese Pretzel Crust. Simple. Nope. It was burnt, the cheese was basically all cooked off, the crust wasn't even pretzel crust. They just used regular crust and threw an insane amount of salt on it. Can not eat burnt cardboard. This happens every time I order. In too much of a hurry to check the pizza, my fault. But who sells a pizza knowing it is not edible. Common y’all. Check the pizza before you leave Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1

Just ordered what was probably the worst pizza I have ever received in my life, I wish I was joking. Some how it was both overcooked and undercooked, dry and soggy. Half of it was fused to the box it came in. I don’t know if Little Caesar’s corporate apathy is to blame, or this locations contempt for its fellow man. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Food: 1

They are not cooking the pizza for long enough, little caesers typically cook their pizza for 7-9 minutes. This place is putting them in for 5. The cheese is hardly melted and thick. As a regular customer, I have to say that lately, I have been vey disappointed. When I call to place an order, I expect my pizza to be made fresh. Tonight, it was clear that an already cooked cheese pizza was used to “recreate” the pizza I ordered. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce, sausage, mushrooms and extra cheese. The sausage and mushrooms were added and some extra cheese as well. But it was obviously added to an already cooked cheese pizza. I will NEVER order from your business again! Shame on you! Not that I am sure anyone there cares, but I order here quite a bit but have finally decided I won't be anymore. I order the same thing every time. A deep dish pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni, with extra sauce. It used to always be very good. The last several times I have ordered it has been dry garbage, and this time was the worst. I, again, ordered extra sauce, and again, there was even less than the regular amount and the girl who boxed my pizza MANGLED my pizza getting it out of the pan and kept looking back at me to see if I was watching her mangle it. I didn't say anything because I didn't realize she was mangling it that bad. I also don't bother complaining about the no sauce because clearly no one there cares or they would do it right the first time. I am done, though. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pizza was not cooked and my Italian cheese bread wasn't cooked either. The pizza was not cut right and was in box very messy was not impressed at all. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

My husband went to pick up our deep dish pizza. They never showed him the pizza, which they are supposed to do. When I opened the box this is what we received. I called and complained and the female was very nasty on the phone…. I asked to speak to the manager and she stated she was the manager. My husband went back to return the pizza for a new one and she never came out to talk to him. A young man did speak to him and said there was nothing he could do because this was the kind of dough “they were sending them and it didn’t stretch”. Never will we buy pizza here again

Went there last week. 11/8/22. Food was hot but the crust was hard as a rock. The cheese was on the top lid of the box like someone put weight on the box. Not enough toppings.
