First time experiencing open racism in Montenegro. I sat with a relative to eat pizza at this restaurant. We went on a weekday just after 2pm. It was not busy, only 4 or 5 tables were occupied outside. We sat on the table next to the entrance of the restaurant. Five minutes later after sitting, no waiter came to greet or offer us a menu. We eventually had to go inside to ask for a menu. The waiter, who is average height, bald head guy was serving the other tables. He walked past our table, which was literally NEXT to the entrance of the restaurant, ignored us for another 10 minutes. An older white couple came to sit down. The same waiter immediately went to greet them and gave them a menu. I thought wow..he didn't want to serve us. Eventually I had to go inside again and tell the bartender inside that we would like to order. The bartender had to call him to come serve us.The waiter, who never greeted us simply asked what we want to order, as if we were an inconvenience to him. Disgusting service, and worse to treat female customers in such a manner. We ordered two pizzas. The pizza dough is thick, like bread, and it's not your typical authentic Italian style pizza, but the taste was good. However I will not forget the terrible, clearly racist service by this waiter. I hope you never treat another customer like that. We would never treat you or another human being like that, regardless of their skin color or nationality. Learn to have some respect, especially towards your customers. It is a basic part of your job.
Update: After carefully looking at past reviews it is clear this restaurant has a problem with both service and food.

We enjoyed a delightful meal by the sea port - the pizza was satisfying, and the fried pancakes were a tasty surprise. Great value for money!

The service is outstanding here. We ordered one dish between two people and this was the first time we didn't have to ask a server at a restaurant for extra plates to share it, which might not seem like a big deal, but it's these kind of small observations that make me feel cared for as a guest. This place also opens very early and serves REALLY good coffee. Again, OUTSTANDING service. Thank you for having us!

I went with friends here. And usually pizza was good. Last few times it was burned. We were able to eat middle part only! And when we sad it was bad noone did anything

We ordered three pizzas and waited 40min just to be served with completely cold food (saw that some other guests were in the same situation). On top of that when we asked a waiter something he was ''trying'' to sound polite but sounded sarcastic. The atmosphere was nice but I wish I could enjoy food that isn't served to me stone cold.
