This is the best Turkish kebapçı/grillroom in Amsterdam so far. Why? They greet in warm and kind way that you feel like home. They answered all my questions so kind and this does not happen often. Generally, people don’t even listen to the second question about their food. They were so nice about it. They gave information about which of their food has garlic in it. We ordered Adana, bıçak arası and hamburger and they gave some extra meze, salad and pide. Bıçak arası was quite different than I expected (not long and thin but short and thick) but it was delicious as the other two. They had caramelized onions in steak burger and this is something to give extra points. The complementary dessert was only so good I was really surprised. I thought all the Turkish places here have the same tasteless dessert and Kosebasi changed my mind thanks to Kenan Bey. 😊 No pictures of food because we started to dig in so fast. Vandaag ben ik naar Kösebasi gegaan om een kapsalon te bestellen. De bestelling werd supersnel klaargemaakt en ik was snel weer thuis. Helaas was het eten koud en duidelijk niet vers toen ik thuiskwam. Wat me nog meer teleurstelde, was dat ik zag dat de kapsalon al klaarstond toen ik bestelde, en de medewerker zelfs begon te lachen. Dit toonde naar mijn mening geen respect voor de klanten. Nu heb ik buikpijn en voel ik me misselijk. Deze ervaring heeft me zeer teleurgesteld, en ik betwijfel ten zeerste of ik hier in de toekomst nog zal eten.
