Was told that they have good Köfte. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to try it as we were ignored and not served. Sadly, it looks like they don't serve food to foreigners. If you are very interested in trying this restaurant chain, try other branches outside izmit as they don’t seem to care for anyone here. Service: 1

worst experience and service ever. i came with my family and i have been waiting any one to come take my order for 25 min and no body care about me, i asked tow of the worker and basically they don't care. unfortunately we left with out eating. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Although the food at this place is really good, I am disappointed with the service and cleanliness. The tables were sticky and gross, and there were flies everywhere. The waiters were always in a rush, which was annoying. Despite being a popular food chain, this branch doesn't live up to its reputation. I wish I could rate it higher. Service is very bad, there were many tables free but all of thes is uncleaned, we asked them to clean a table 3 times and no one ce to clean and their attitude is bad also Service: 1

The best Köfteci at all. I recommend to anyone who visit Türkiye to eat küfte Hamburg Donner and kuzuşiş with yoğurt fantastic Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
