Cena da solo dopo tre giorni intensi con unicorni, stanze bianche e workaholics. Ed è San Valentino, per cui oltre alla solita folla inusitata che c'è sempre a Lund quando vuoi farti un meritato sushi, c'era un'ulteriore folla fuori dei modi composta da coppiette di giovani dagli orientamenti sessuali più vari. Come un vecchio lubrico, mi sono intrufolato nel locale pieno di cuori, glitter e palloncini, illuminato da luci violacee e soffuse, ho carpito un posto e ho fatto un po' di human watching mentre aspettavo per lunghi minuti che il cameriere venisse a capo del continuo afflusso di ragazzi sempre più giovani e sempre più disagiati - forse era solo che mi stavano girando, va detto. Riesco finalmente a ordinare, del tutto privo di inibizioni sulle quantità, visti i prezzi in linea con gli States. Disturbo tutti parlando al telefono per la mezzora che serve a fare arrivare il mio salmone, un paio di foto al panda, ed ecco che i nigiri, il futomaki e il sashimi scompaioni rapidi nelle mie fauci esperte. Pago, lasciando la mancia alla cameriera brava e me ne vado, trullo trullo in albergo. Belli i Buddha nelle nicchie dove solitamente tengono compressori da duevvènti ciccì di un noto marco giapponese. Il punto che può essere rilevante è che si tratta del secondo San Valentino da solo al sushi, dopo una trasferta di lavoro. L'altra volta era febbraio 2020 e il sushi era vuoto. Andrà tutto bene. Ordered sushi takeaway. What we got was totally uneatable as the fish had an unpleasant smell to it. We ended up throwing the entire set in the trash. Contacted the restaurant, who insisted "the fish was ok and that the smell was a result of the packaging". They promised they would get back to us but never did.
