Food is always pretty good, but service is in need of severe improvements. Reservation at 6:30 but I was not sat till nearly 7. Servers aren’t particularly nice but not egregious. Waited nearly twenty minutes to be even spoken to once upon entering the restaurant despite constant efforts to attract the attention and when I spoke directly to one the servers they waved me off without responding to me. It doesn’t matter how good the food is, if the serving staff treats you poorly. Or I suppose I should say the food at Kibo sushi is not worth the poor quality of service that you are going to receive. We did not have the chance to eat, it was packed full, we were turned away either POS issues or it looked as not enough staff for to the sea of people to be served . Hopefully we'll have better luck at another time .

Was looking for a lunch spot on a Saturday and stumbled across Kibo Sushi. We had a very positive experience. Food was very fresh, prepared well and tasted great. The portion sizes were also bigger than we anticipated. I definitely will go back.
