The worst service and the worst of all. They always close early 1 hour than the time mentioned in the google and tonight we ordered and paid for original recipe at 11 whereas they close at 12 they said after order that they have closed the fryer so they can’t serve food. we normally eat here during the day, but today in the evening. the restaurant was dirty and smelly. the toilets filthy. the service was not hospitable. the food was lukewarm and the strips we got were more intended for gnomes. Good food and fresh for being fried. I usually have problem with fried food due to old and burnet oil used to fry. At this place the food is not as oily and feels much fresher than expected. Dissapointed because we ordered popcorn chicken, when collecting the meal they said they dont have any popcorn chicken. There was no offer of a refund or replacement, I had to ask what they would replace it and the server went to ask the manager. It was also quite untidy and wasn't a good KFC experience. Terrible small dishes, smallest ever had in KFC. And Hot Wings were raw some...So dissapointing. KFC:s I know did not have these problems... Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Food was good. Not very clean. Customers left tables without cleaning them so we had to clean our own table as the staff were too busy. Went back the next day. Now it is a bit cleaner but not great service. Complained about 4 drumsticks in a bucket of 9 original pieces. 2 employees said tough. You were unlucky. That's it.

First impression, they need more staff during lunch time. Only 2 counters were open and had a long que (picture). Ordered 3 ice creams in a hot summer day, but no luck. NO ICECREAM. Asked for ketchup. Thats also finished. After arguing with them, they bought 2 heinz bottles from the supermarket and served (picture). Food was not tasty. Very dirty toilets.

I was just little disappointed. It say it is spicy but you don't feel like it is spicy but it was good taste on it so it's not so bad.. I like the design and ambiance too Its very simple 👍👍

Horrible, nothing like original KFC I have tried before in others countries, I expected a crunchy chicken but insted i got a greasy mini pieces which i can do better home. I hope that was a mistake because here people dont like these kind of heart attack food.
