I stopped by the drive through to grab a sandwich. I got there spicy chicken sandwich. I wish k f c would offer lettuce and tomato. The young girl at the window was very efficient and friendly. Been here several times and the last time that I was the guy taking my order asked me if I had a bill smaller than a fifty for a twenty five dollar order. When I said no, he said ok f*#& it and handed me the change in fives. Seriously? There's a crew with gals that run the registers and they're great, but this guy shouldn't be dealing with customers. I'm glad that Popeyes opened because I won't go here again.

The young lady Kylie at the window was very disrespectful and rude. She laughed the whole time we ordered, kept cutting us off. And then just handed the food out, no hospitality. Do better.

Precisely the customer service making my experience wonderful enough to easily share with whom ever asks! Team work visual communication Amazing both staff to staff and or staff to customer welcoming any and all communications with me seem Prioritized. 5 Star 🌟 all categories! My only suggestion would be the ability to Rate Stars ✨ from 1-10! Then I'd say 100%. Now I'm saying and infinite rating of incredible. This location is incredibly short staffed—like a lot of other businesses—so the lobby is closed. We are in a huge truck and trailer and can’t fit through the drive thru lane. THANK YOU Kimberly and Sherrie for helping me figure out how to place an order, and feed my family of 6. Best customer service EVER. And while we sat and ate next to our trailer, the drive thru line was never shorter than 10 cars 😬 I can see how they sometimes run out of chicken! Also, it’s located in an open parking lot that’s easy for trucks, trailers, RVs etc to get in and out

My favorite fast food restaurant in Cortez. Friendly and courteous staff. Aways clean. I love KFC! Just had the Nashville hot waffle sandwich and it was awesome!
