Haven’t eat at KFC in years. Used to like it. Although food at this location was not awful, it wasn’t exactly great either. Once again ordered online, had to pull over and wait additional 10 minutes past pick up time. They left 2 items out of order and were rude when I called about it. Still had to wait again while they made the tenders. Brownies were cold, they were the other item left out.I love the food, but I wish they would get the order right . The customer service was horrible! It took them forever to get us our food, and then when they did get us our food, they left some of our order out. I walked back up to the counter to get my order and had to stand there 10 minutes to get somebody to wait on me. The food tasted good, but I would not recommend Road eating there if you want good customer service.
