We came for my aunts birthday with 11 people and the wait time said 1 hour and it ended up being less. We were seated in well spaced area, the staff were so attentive and friendly even though it was SO busy. The food was so delicious, tasted fresh and amazing. They didn't get any of our orders wrong. Came back regularly to check if we needed anything else and always accomodated any changes. We were extremely impressed at how they handled this busy Saturday night. MJ was our great server. Large portions of great appetizers( we had vegetable pekhora) awesome main dishes and perfectly spiced dhaal for me! My hubby had a chicken biryani, our son had kebobs and salad, and we all enjoyed endless Chai and garlic Naan!! MJ took exquisite care of us, refilling our tea a d water. Great new experience!! We come here almost every weekend. Sounds exaggerated, but it's true. MJ and her fellow staff are so kind and attentive. Our water glasses are always full, our rice is always fresh, and we're asked if we would like more rice midway through the meal. Every dish we've tried has been flavorful and delicious. I’ve tried several things on the menu and every single time it is really yummy. A couple of my personal favorites are the boneless chicken biryani and the lamb chops. Highly recommend! It is a bit of an elevated Indian restaurant vibe in there with a full bar so you could go out for a casual meal or even a date. The mango Mojitos and espresso martinis are my favorites! The food was quite good and the portions were huge for the price point. The service and ambiance were also quite good and definitely worth a visit. I loved the masala soda, naan & paneer gravy. The food, service & ambience are excellent. I would definitely recommend it. Perfect location to have lunch/dinner and take a walk towards Redmond town center! There is a long wait time during weekend dinner. There is a long wait time even if its for to go during special occasions. Note: Parking is little tight during peak business hours. I love the food, was so tasty and well presented, praise towards the cooks who I know work hard. However the customer service was a let down. First Menu was online which is a personal preference. Very long menu so it was hard to actually know what was on it. Plus the mini tabs were not working for me so I couldn't skip to sections. Wish they could scrape up the budget for physical menus. We ordered and paid online which was strange. Second, inattentive staff. Asked a guy for napkins, he said sure, never saw him again. Staff was not very friendly. They didn't check on my table at all had to wave them over every single time. They need to check up on their guests, if they had I wouldn't have received napkins at the end of my meal when I didn't really need them anymore. Third, it was my mistake that I paid before getting any actual customer service. If Id know the staff were just going to ignore me the whole time I wouldn't have tipped at the beginning. Tips are for expressing gratitude for excellent customer service. A thing this establishment is lacking. Out of all the things I didn't like there is one thing I thought was nice besides how good the food was. I liked how they had individual plates so you could serve dishes onto your plate. It allowed us to share easier and taste more of the menu. Overall, maybe try this place out but only for the delicious food. Don't expect decent customer service. The overall food has improved from last time I was here, didn’t order much only vegetarian biryani and daal tadka .. not satisfied by biryani with only three veggies : cauliflower, potato and carrots, and no dry fruits. Eatable though, tasty but I like more dum n veggies , there were a total of 3 small pieces of paneer in there, no kesar, no caramalised onions. Daal tadka was good to my surprise but they added too much chilli on top which I would prefer on side in US. Menu was not satisfactory, like aloo tikki, samosa and aloo papdi chat all are served with chickpea that was a bummer.. i don’t think aloo tikki has daal filing too as per description in menu, which limited not to order it at all.. the curries looked very orange on other tables so i just didn’t order.
