Bord och stolar både inne och ute. Personalen bankar och slår utrustning i arbetsbordet, så att det låter för jävligt för de med hörselnedsättning och använder hörapparater. Det var tunnt med kaffebröd. Det finns inga kaffeskedar, inget socker eller mjölk till kaffet, inga brickor för att bära ut det man köpt till uteserveringen. Arbetsrutinerna behöver ändras omgående, för att få en acceptabel ljudnivå.
