A beautiful classic restaurant with lots of old world charm located right on State Street. The servers were all wonderful and sweet to us and our kids. We went there for breakfast and wish the food would've been better. It was decent but the prices were high because of the location. Not sure what it's like at night but the morning has a chill vibe and wasn't crazy crowded at least before 10am. Overall probably worth a visit if you're nearby but not sure I would go back. I’m in Santa Barbara from Utah for my daughter’s wedding this week. I stayed I’m in Santa Barbara from Utah for my daughter’s wedding this week. I stayed at the hotel Santa Barbara. And across the street is Joes cafe. I ordered orange juice with my breakfast… I have never tasted orange juice like this before. I thought to myself, this must be right off the tree freshed squeeze… I asked the server that yes the oranges are locally and they do fresh squeeze. I’m pretty boring when it comes to breakfast… Hashbrowns, bacon toast is my go to. This place met all my expectations.
